Assistants are good at executing intent and poor at inferring it. If you haven’t said what “done” looks like, expect something plausible instead of something right, and expect to spend the time you saved correcting it.
Judgement about people
When a message needs to land a particular way with a particular person, an assistant can draft it but can’t weigh the relationship. Treat what it produces as a first draft, not an outbound message.
Anything consequential and unsupervised
Sending on your behalf, spending money, changing records that other people rely on. The technology is capable of these; the sensible default is still that a human approves each one.
Data it can’t see
