Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hop, operated by Hopping Lab Technologies Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using Hop, you accept them.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to bind it.

Hop is a proactive AI assistant and a set of AI agents that connect to the tools your team uses, keep track of what is moving, and carry out work you have asked them to do.

Hop is in early access. Features will change, some will be withdrawn, and things will occasionally break. We do not offer a service level guarantee at this stage.

Give us accurate details and keep them current. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people on your team you give access to.

You must be 18 or older to use Hop.

When you connect a tool to Hop, you are confirming you are allowed to connect it and to let Hop act inside it.

Your use of that tool stays governed by that tool's own terms, and we are not responsible for it changing its pricing, its access rules, or its availability.

You can disconnect any tool at any time.

Agents take real actions in your connected accounts. They send messages, write to your records, and change things.

You decide what each agent is allowed to do, and which actions need your approval before they happen. Setting an agent to act without approval is your decision, and the actions it then takes are your responsibility.

Review what an agent is set up to do before you let it run.

Do not use Hop to break the law, to reach systems or accounts you have no right to, to send spam, to harvest people who have not agreed to hear from you, or to infringe anyone else's rights.

Do not try to disrupt the service, work around its limits, or use it to build a competing product.

What you bring to Hop stays yours. That includes the content in your connected tools, the agents you build, and everything Hop produces for you.

You give us the permission we need to store and process it in order to run the service for you, and nothing beyond that.

Hop uses AI models, and AI models get things wrong. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or simply unsuitable for what you had in mind.

Check it before you rely on it, and take particular care before acting on anything with legal, financial, or medical consequences.

Hop runs on a shared pool of credits rather than a charge for each person. What a credit costs, and what it buys, is shown to you before you pay.

During early access some or all of your use may be free. That does not commit us to it staying free, and we will tell you before that changes.

You can stop using Hop and close your account whenever you like.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or has not paid.

On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Hop itself, including the software, the interface, the brand and the marks, belongs to us. Using the product does not transfer any of it to you.

Hop is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business, or lost data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

If something goes wrong, write to us first. Most things are quicker to fix in an email than anywhere else.

We will update these terms as the product grows, and the date at the top tells you when that last happened.
